  • The length of engagements will vary depending upon the client's goal(s) and desires. My engagements require a minimum of two months commitment and clients have the option to extend if they wish (I have worked with some clients for 2 years+). Creating new habits that support you in achieving your goals take time, repetition and consistency, which is why my engagements require a minimum time commitment.
