Meet Abigail

I’ve experienced transformations across multiple areas in my life first-hand and my purpose is to help you do the same.

I graduated with high honors in high school and college, played collegiate softball, landed a corporate job immediately after obtaining my Bachelor's degree and found love. For 15 years I climbed the corporate ladder which allowed me to purchase my first home and plan what I thought at the time, was the wedding of my dreams.
First, I had reached my goal of making a six-figure salary by 30 years old, yet after signing the contract I felt unfilled and wanted more. Second, I ended a ten-year relationship that resulted in cancelling my wedding which left me heart-broken, lost and lonely.
To pause, reconnect with myself, follow my internal nudges and create the life I wanted both personally and professionally.
So that’s what I did.
I processed emotions, got clear on my values, created action plans and began to implement them.
Rather than be a victim to my circumstances, I consciously chose to take control and re-write my life.
I’m engaged to a loving partner, I’m serving clients through my own business, I’m living bi-costal to follow the sun year-round and I’m making the most of every precious moment.

Like any good kid, I did what I thought I was “supposed to do” growing up.

Then in 2015, my life took a 360. There were two life-changing events that happened.

Those two events were my wake-up call.

I stopped doing what I was “supposed to do” and started doing “what I wanted to do”.

Fast-forward to today and I’m living a life aligned to my goals.
