The Transform and Grow Coaching Program is an intimate partnership designed to help you go deep in discovery, tune into your truest desires and unlock your full potential towards living a more intentional life. This Program is your dedicated container for accountability and support as well as a private space to coach, play and explore the realm of possibility through a safe and personalized experience.

  • (1) Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment and a .pdf of your unique ELI results.

  • (12) Sessions conducted virtually via Zoom

    • (1) Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment and debrief session (90 minutes).

    • (11) Coaching Sessions, (60 minutes each).

  • Unlimited communication between sessions via email or the mobile application based messenger platform, Voxer, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST.

  • Two mindset tools that will help you acknowledge your thoughts, emotions, actions and how to manage them.

  • Documents and techniques that align to your goals

  • Personalized Success Formula at the conclusion of the program which highlights all the items that contributed to increasing your energy, productivity and satisfaction

  • Can be paid upfront in full at time of purchase or monthly over term of engagement (4 payments of $1,062.50 each)
